Tour Plan

On arrival at Delhi volvo point pick up volvo for Shimla . Overnight journey. Volvo timing 07pm to 10:30pm. Volvo station RK Aashram, Kashmire gate, Majanu ka tilla Delhi Volvo station. Overnight journey in Volvo.

Start your journey early in the morning from Shimla towards Kalpa, a serene village in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Witness the stunning Sutlej River, pine forests, and snow-clad peaks along the winding mountain roads. Kinnaur Gateway: Pass through villages like Rampur and Rekong Peo, experiencing the unique culture and charm of the Kinnaur region. Kalpa Village: Arrive at Kalpa, known for its mesmerizing views of the Kinner Kailash range and serene apple orchards. Sunset Delight: Enjoy a magical sunset with golden hues reflecting off the snow-capped peaks. Overnight stay at a homestay or guesthouse in Kalpa, where you can savor the local flavors and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.

After having breakfast in the morning you will be leaving for Nako passing through the Khab bridge that marks the confluence of Spiti and the Satluj River. Explore the Nako Monastery, a historic treasure housing ancient Buddhist art and scriptures. Visit the Nako Lake, a serene spot surrounded by willow and poplar trees. Entering the Spiti Valley: Cross the iconic Malling Nallah, a thrilling stretch marking your entry into the Spiti region. Tabo – The ‘Ajanta of the Himalayas’: Arrive at Tabo, home to the 1000-year-old Tabo Monastery, known for its exquisite murals and stucco sculptures. Enroute to Tabo, a road goes towards the Gue Village, 8 kms off the main track. Experience the scenic view of the Gue Monastery and a 500 year old mummy sitting with skin and nails intact. Spend the evening exploring the quaint village or stargazing under Spiti's clear skies. This day offers a mix of cultural exploration, breathtaking landscapes, and an introduction to the unique charm of the Spiti Valley.
Dinner and overnight stay at Tabo

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to visit Dhankar Monastery. Take a detour to explore Dhankar Monastery, which offers stunning views over the confluence of the Spiti and Pin Rivers. Witness the partially frozen Spiti River, with dramatic landscapes and snow-covered mountains lining the route. Later drive towards Kaza. On arrival, check into the hotel. Have Dinner & stay.

After Breakfast leave for Kaza Sightseeing by visiting Key Monastery, a famous Tibetan Buddhist learning center perched on a hilltop. Chicham Bridge, Lachung, Kibber Village for the ancient monastery built on what is believed to have been a crater of an Extinct Volcano & visit Hikkim, a small village in Spiti, is known for housing the world's highest post office and Komic Village known to be a highest village in the World. Later visit Langza Village; Langza is famous due to huge Buddha Statue at 14300 ft height facing the mountains overlooking the valley. Langza is most visited because of huge golden Buddha Statue facing the mountains overlooking the valley. Later return to Kaza, explore the local market of Kaza & overnight stay at Kaza. (Depending on time availability other places vitis next day morning) 

We will visit the Famous Key Monastery which is build on a mountain hill. it was founded in the 11th century and held an administrative authority over spiti Post Key we will visit Kibber Village which is famous for spotting Snow Leoparda And then we will visit Chicham famous for the Highest Bridge in Asia. Then we will head back towards Kaza and start our Journey towards Nako where we will stay for the night.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast in Nako, enjoying the serene beauty of this high-altitude village. Begin the drive from Nako, descending through winding mountain roads with breathtaking views of the Spiti and Kinnaur valleys. En route, witness the Kinnaur Kailash ranges and lush green landscapes as you enter the Sangla Valley. Visit the charming village of Chitkul (if time permits), the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border. Continue to Sangla, known for its apple orchards, Baspa River, and traditional wooden houses. Check into your accommodation, and enjoy a peaceful evening soaking in the picturesque surroundings of the valley.

Rest overnight in Sangla and prepare for the next leg of your journey!

Sabgla to Shimla : 230 km, 7-8 hours.
Morning journey through the scenic Kinnaur Valley, bidding farewell to the mesmerizing landscapes of Sangla. Stop at quaint villages or viewpoints to capture the last glimpses of the mountains. Arrive at Shimla, the "Queen of Hills," where you can explore Mall Road or take a brief rest before departure.
Overnight journey or transfer to Delhi from Shimla by Bus, marking the end of an unforgettable Himalayan adventure.

After an overnight journey from Shimla we will reach Delhi around 7-8 am in the morning. xx

Rs.19750/- per person + 5 % GST

  • This cost based for min 10 person & max 25 person.
  • The rates are in Indian Rupee and valid for Indian nationals only. The rates mentioned above are net and non-commissionable

NOTE :

  • Rates may change during festivals or peak season.
  • Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will be according to Hotel Policies.
  • Similar hotels will be given in case selected hotel are sold out/ under maintenance/ have service issues.
  • Free stay facilities for Children below 5 years in parent’s room with meals.
  • Milk Charges for infant or children below 5 years is directly payable at hotel.
  • Children between 5-12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) will cost extra according to company’s
    policies.

To confirm the package only 50% of the total tour package cost must be deposited in our company’s account with a screenshot. After receiving the payment a booking voucher will be issued to you who ensure the hotel, Cab/ Volvo and other services & must be carried along during your Journey. The Remaining 50% of the Payment before 1 week of starting trip.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reason including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance and the amount is non- refundable.
  • The company has been granted complete authority right to change the package costing due to increment in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided
  • If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded
  • If cancellation done prior to 30 Days of outing 50% will be refunded
  • After That no refund will be provided

Terms & Conditions

  • Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
  • We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
  • Tour confirmation only on receipt of advance payment and confirmation in writing.
  • No changes in the date of travel once booked.
  • During winter ( December – March ), most of the places remain closed due to snowfall & same shall be informed before arrival of the Guest.
  • In the event of a no show, the full amount pertaining to the guaranteed no. of pax has to be paid.
  • Any services not included in the package will be charged extra.
  • Tourist will carry their luggage at own risk and responsibility;
  • Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
  • For Triple occupancy Extra Bed or Extra Mattress would be provided.
  • We reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot)
  • Our management holds the right to alter or modify the tour program as the situation would demand.

Important information:

Winter in Spiti is harsh and temperatures are known to plummet to lesser than -35 degrees Celsius at night. Winter travel in Spiti is all about cold. (barricader) and coldest. It is quite likely that everything is frozen and there is no running water in the taps hence everyone use dry toilets. A word of caution: If you are someone who doesn’t like the cold or cannot bear extremely cold temperatures, please give up the idea of visiting Spiti in winter. Also, it is advisable to avoid bathing during this trip since water is only available for survival. Equipment: Back Pack/Rucksack- 50 to 60 liters, Head torch or Torch-1 nos. and Water bottle 1L-2 nos. Footwears: Trekking/Hiking boots/ Snow boots, Floaters/Sleepers- 1 pair, Sports/ trekking socks – 4 pair and Woolen socks – 2 pair Clothing: Down jacket – 1nos. (Comfortable till -15 temp), Pants 2 -3 nos (Winter woolen trek pants). T shirts – 3nos, Fleece – 2 nos ( woolen fleece). Gloves-1 Nos ( Waterproof woolen gloves). Sun cap- 1 Nos, Woolen Cap – 1 nos (carry one cap extrafor layering). Neck Warmer/bandana – 1 nos (woolen bandana), Quick Dry Napkin/Towel – 1 nos and Undergarments – 3 to 4 pairs and Thermal inner wear – 2 Pair. Miscellaneous: Toiletries, Toilet paper ( Wet Tissues), Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Facewash, Petroleum jelly, Cold creams and Sun- screen SPF 40 etc. First Aid medical Kit: (Medication for common disorders i.e. cold, fever, diarrhea, vomits etc., Crepe bandage, Stick band aid, ORS, glucose, instant pain relief spray i.e Volini sprey etc. and personal medication if any)

What documents need to carry on treks / tours?

Mandatory documents: 2 xerox of ID having address (addhar card/driving license), 2 Passport size photographs, hard copy Medical form signed & sealed by doctor, disclaimer form sign by trekker and high altitude insurance.

How does my family get update about my trek / tour ?

Before you start the trek / tour.  it is recommended that you make all the necessary phone calls as during the trek you may or may not receive network coverage, once you come back to the Base Camp, you can reconnect with your family via phone once again. You can share your trek coordinator contact detail with your family members to get the latest updates about your trek batch.

Is it safe for solo women?

  • It absolutely is. We recognize, value and embody the ideology that the world of outdoor adventure can benefit from diversity. We make it our mission to create outdoor spaces as equally accessible and safe for all genders as possible.
  •  We have women trek leader also in our team.  You might just have a woman trek leader
  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

How to Book Trek / Tour?

what food can I get on trek?

We provide wholesome and nutritious meals during the trek. The food is vegetarian and includes a variety of dishes such as rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, pasta, noodles, and soup. We also offer snacks such as biscuits, and salty, and dry fruits during the trek. Special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or Jain food can also be arranged if informed in advance.

What do you do in case of emergency?

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
