Note: 

  • Network will not be available in any outside states prepaid sim card in Leh (In J&K and Ladakh). Only postpaid Connection will have the network. If you have only prepaid sim card in your mobile, then you have to issue local sim card in Srinagar by submitting identity proofs
  • When you are leaving Leh by air, please note that it will take at least 1/1.5 hour extra time for check-in, as Leh Airport will have 2-3 rounds of extra check in. Even after check-in you have to go and identify your luggage, then only luggage will be transferred to airbus.
  • Temperatures in Leh vary from -10 to -15 degrees in the winter months of January. It is important for the traveler to plan their clothing even for the flight. As soon as you get down from the flight the cold wind will affect the people who are landing from lower altitudes.

Tour Plan

Leh can be reached only through Air during winter, There are flights that fly into Leh through Delhi and this two hour journey is where the magic begins. Try to get a window seat on the plane for the bird’s eye view of the Himalayas is absolutely mesmerizing. emperatures in Leh vary from -10 to -15 degrees in the winter months of January. It is important for the trekkers to plan their clothing even for the flight. As soon as you get down from the flight the cold wind will affect the people who are landing from lower altitudes. Hence you are required to plan your clothing in advance. Please ensure you wear thermals + winter jackets + woolen caps even while exiting the aircraft. Today is reserved for you to make your way to Leh and get settled into your accommodation. Since you will be coming to this altitude from sea level, the body will need time to get comfortable with the altitude and the mountain air. Stay in Hotel / Homestay.

Today is also reserved for rest and acclimatization to the altitude. This is important to allow your body to adapt to its new environment and reduce chances of adverse health conditions. After breakfast, we take this time to get together with the group for a debriefing session where we get to know each other better and delve into the happenings of the next few days - schedule, what to expect, basic do's and don'ts in the mountains, how to maintain the sanctity of the environment and other such matters of importance. Then start day with a visit to this iconic white-domed Shanti Stupa. Enjoy panoramic views of Leh wrapped in a winter wonderland. Explore the 17th-century Leh Palace overlooking the town. Visit Hall of Fame Museum war memorial museum dedicated to Indian soldiers and Insightful exhibits about Ladakh’s culture, history, and military significance. Stroll through the market for winter souvenirs like Pashmina shawls, woolens, and Ladakhi crafts. Dress warmly: Layer with thermals, down jackets, gloves, and caps. Stay hydrated: Winter in Leh is dry; drink plenty of water.

After breakfast, Today visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, A serene place to pause and enjoy a warm cup of tea and langar. Magnetic Hill, Experience the mysterious optical illusion where vehicles appear to move uphill on their own. Sangam Point (Indus & Zanskar Rivers), Witness the frozen confluence of the two rivers. The stark contrast between the icy rivers and the rugged mountains is a visual treat. Last Spituk Gompa and back to Leh town, After that you can take rest at Hotel else you can roam at Leh market. Overnight stay at Leh.

After breakfast, Embark on a breathtaking journey from Leh to Nubra Valley, crossing the iconic Khardung La Pass—one of the highest motorable roads in the world at 5,359 meters (17,582 ft). The route is adorned with spectacular views of snow-covered peaks and winding roads blanketed in white. Pause at the top to soak in panoramic vistas and snap memorable photos. The freezing temperatures and winds add a sense of adventure to this already thrilling journey. As you descend, witness the contrasting beauty of Nubra's rugged terrain against the backdrop of snow. Explore the serene Diskit Monastery, with its towering Maitreya Buddha statue. Enjoy a camel ride on the cold desert dunes in Hunder (subject to weather conditions).

After the sun peeps out, you will pack your bags as you will leave for Turtuk village which was under Pakistan before 1971. Nestled in the Nubra tehsil, from the Leh town, on the banks of the Shyok River, it is the last village before LOC (Thang Village). With stunning beauty throughout the valley, you will be blessed with views you might have not seen before like K2 Mountain range (in Pakistan). After exploring Turtuk you will travel back towards Nubra. Overnight Stay in Nubra Valley.

Prepare for another day of a daring off-roading experience as you traverse through untamed paths in the high mountains. The route leads to the beautiful Pangong Tso (lake) via Shyok river or Wari La Pass.Witness the frozen Pangong Lake reflecting the raw beauty of winter. After that we will start our return journey toward Leh.

Note: In case Pangong Tso is closed (due heavy snowfall or bad weather then we will change the plan as per current condition.

After breakfast, get transferred to the airport on your own to board the flight for your onward journey. Trip Ends.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reason including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance and the amount is non- refundable.
  • The company has been granted complete authority right to change the package costing due to increment in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided
  • If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded
  • If cancellation done prior to 40 Days of outing 50% will be refunded
  • After That no refund will be provided

  • Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
  • We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
  • Tour confirmation only on receipt of advance payment and confirmation in writing.
  • No changes in the date of travel once booked.
  • During winter ( December – February ), most of the places remain closed due to snowfall & same shall be informed before arrival of the Guest.
  • Any services not included in the package will be charged extra.
  • Tourist will carry their luggage at own risk and responsibility;
  • Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
  • For Triple occupancy Extra Bed or Extra Mattress would be provided.
  • We reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot)
  • Our management holds the right to alter or modify the tour program as the situation would demand.

  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

what food can I get on trek?

We provide wholesome and nutritious meals during the trek. The food is vegetarian and includes a variety of dishes such as rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, pasta, noodles, and soup. We also offer snacks such as biscuits, and salty, and dry fruits during the trek. Special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or Jain food can also be arranged if informed in advance.

What do you do in case of emergency?

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
