Tour Plan

Arrival at Hanoi International Airport, pick up and transfer to Hotel. After check in meet other fellow riders and introduction. You will be given time to explore the local market to enjoy food. In the evening we will allot you bikes and have a briefing with the guide and mechanic. Last minute shopping, gearing up and dinner before we hit the bed. (Night stay in Hanoi)

After Breakfast, we start the tour via Hoa Binh, ride up to Pu Luong (Bá Thước, Thanh Hoá), have lunch in local restaurants on the way. After lunch, we ride to small villages and paddy fields, before arriving in Mai chau. Dinner and overnight in Little Mai Chau Homestay. (Night stay in Mai Chaw)

After breakfast, proceed to Hang Kia, Pa Co village and visit some different Minority community and then we ride to Moc Chau where the Tea plantation is in abundance, have lunch in Moc Chau. After lunch we ride to Van Yên ferry to cross the river and continue to Ta Xua. Check in upon arrival and tonight we stay in Dorm. Dinner and Overnight in Ta Xua Ecolodge (Night stay in Ta Xua)

Post breakfast, from Ta Xua we ride on beautiful mountain to Tram Tau and continue to Nghia Lo, have lunch in local restaurant and stop for some pics and proceed the way to Mu Cang Chải, check in to authentic huts and be greeted by the family who runs this little resort. Get charmed to local musical instrument and singing by the couple while having Dinner and Overnight in Hello Mu Cang Chai (Night stay in Mù Cang Chải).

From Mu Cang Chai we ride through the village and go to Tan Uyen, Than Uyen district after breakfast. Stop for some amazing view of the villages and have lunch in a small dhaba run by the ethnic locals and ride up to Sa Pa heaven gate, silver water fall and ride down to Sa Pa. This town is more modernized from the earlier stays we have been to, famous for its night life, café’s and lounge bars. Diner and overnight in Sa Pa Hotel (Night stay in Sa pa)

After breakfast from Sa Pa ride down to Pho Rang and leave for our next destination, Ha Giang. Have lunch on the way to Nghia Do, Quang Binh, Viet Quang and arrive in Ha Giang. Ha Giang is a rugged and remote province in Northern Vietnam, bordering China. It is known for its breathtaking mountain scenery, ethnic minority villages, and adventurous activities like trekking and motor biking. Dinner and Overnight in a resort at Ha Giang (Night stay in Hà Giang).

From Ha Giang we ride up to Quan Ba heaven’s gate, twin mountain, Lung Tam handicap village and ride to Yen Minh, have lunch and we ride to Sung La, Vương palace , Lung Cu flag pillar and go to Đông Van after crossing Mapileeng pass. Upon reaching Dong Van check into the hotel, dinner and overnight at Dong Van. This village is right at the border of China and famous for having its own rules of the locals. One needs to be careful here while venturing out alone and entering into any kind of arguments with the locals. (Night stay in Đồng Văn

Post breakfast, we leave to our last destination of the motorbike tour before returning to Hanoi. From here we ride to Mau Due, Du Gia and Bac Me on beautiful landscapes, have lunch in Bắc Me, after lunch we ride to Davi and on the way to Ba Be. Check in upon arrival and dinner. We stay overnight in Ba Be Lake Side Bungalow overlooking the Ba Be lake. (Night stay at Ba Be Lake)

After breakfast, we get on boats to visit Babe Lake, back to village get on motorbike ride to see the water fall have lunch on the way and ride to Hanoi in what was the last day on motorbikes. Upon arriving at hotel, return the motorbikes and check in the rooms while our staff examines the motorbikes for any damage. One is free to go to the market on foot or hire a cycle rickshaw (Night stay in Hanoi)

After breakfast, we get on the bus/van to proceed to the Cruise Terminal. After a stopover at the Pearl Museum, we will be dropped at the terminal for our 2 Day 1 night cruise. After a week of motor biking, this much needed break from the saddle is the perfect end to your memorable Vietnam tour. While on the cruise your meals are included in the package along with adventure activities like hiking, cave walking, boating and kayaking.

Once the cruise docks at the port around 11:00 am, our bus/van will take us to the hotel. Check into the hotel and one is free to shop, rest or simply go to the railway market. Dinner and overnight in Hanoi. (Night stay in Hanoi)

After breakfast, we will drop you to the Hanoi International airport for your return flight to hometown or your next destination. Please note the transfers will be done according to the earliest flight departure of the participants. In case of odd timings, a packed breakfast will be provided.   • 46+ days before travel: 25% of total package cost

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Mandatory Riding Requirements

  • A valid two-wheeler driving license and an International Two-Wheeler Driving Permit (IDP) for motorcycles with gear is mandatory for riding in Vietnam.
  • Passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of arrival in Vietnam.
  • A refundable security deposit of USD 150 per motorbike is required, over and above the tour package cost.
  • Optional motorbike upgrade up to 250cc is available at an additional cost of USD 160.
  • *No refund for unclaimed services
  • Check-in Policy: Standard hotel check-in is 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Minimum Group Requirement: A minimum of 6 riders is required to operate a group. In case of insufficient bookings, the departure may be cancelled with a full refund of the package amount.
  • Unforeseen Expenses: Any additional costs due to weather conditions, delays, or unforeseen circumstances (stay, transport, meals) must be borne by the guest.
  • Itinerary Flexibility : The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, flight/train changes, or natural events beyond our control.
  • Mid-Tour Exit Policy: In case a participant leaves mid-tour, the bike transportation cost to the endpoint will be chargeable.
  • Riding Requirements Riders must carry:
    Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License + International Two-Wheeler Driving Permit (IDP) Government ID Proof Personal riding gear
  • Luggage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their belongings. It is recommended to carry a small daypack for valuables.
  • Liability: Any damage or accident caused to third-party property/person must be compensated directly by the participant.
  • Medical & Safety : A basic first-aid kit will be available. Guests should carry personal medicines as required.
  • On-Ground Support: A professional Road Captain will lead the group. A skilled mechanic with tools and spares will accompany the group (spares used will be chargeable).
  • Backup & Emergency Support A backup vehicle will be available for:
    Mechanical support.
    Medical emergencies.
  • Luggage Limit: Only one rucksack/duffle bag (max 60 litres per person) is allowed in the backup vehicle due to limited space.
  • Departure Cancellation Policy
    The operator reserves the right to cancel any departure due to insufficient participation, with a full refund of package cost only paid to the organizer.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Full refund if cancelled 46 days or more before the departure date.
  •  25% per person charge if cancelled between 45 to 31 days before the departure date.
  • 50% per person charge if cancelled between 30 days to 15 days.
  • No refund is cancelled within 14 days of the departure date.
  • Full refund of the package cost only if cancelled by us.
  • Roll over dates if cancelled due to Force Majeure.

Medical Disclaimer

  • It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves

  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.
