On arrival at Delhi volvo point pick up volvo for Shimla . Overnight journey. Volvo timing 07pm to 10:30pm. Volvo station RK Aashram, Kashmire gate, Majanu ka tilla Delhi Volvo station. Overnight journey in Volvo.

Cross the gateway to Spiti Valley! Witness the confluence of Sutlej & Spiti rivers and stop at Nako Lake. Arrive in Tabo, the 'Ajanta of the Himalayas.' Cross rugged Himalayan terrain and witness the shifting landscapes of Kinnaur to Spiti Valley. Reach Tabo, home to the ancient Tabo Monastery (10th Century) – a UNESCO heritage site. Enroute to Tabo, a road goes towards the Gue Village, 8 kms off the main track. Experience the scenic view of the Gue Monastery and a 500 year old mummy sitting with skin and nails intact. Spend the evening exploring the quaint village or stargazing under Spiti's clear skies. This day offers a mix of cultural exploration, breathtaking landscapes, and an introduction to the unique charm of the Spiti Valley. Dinner and overnight stay at Tabo.

🙏 oday after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to visit Dhankar Monastery. After Breakfast leave for Kaza Sightseeing by visiting Key Monastery, a famous Tibetan Buddhist learning center perched on a hilltop. Chicham Bridge, Lachung, Kibber Village for the ancient monastery built on what is believed to have been a crater of an Extinct Volcano & visit Hikkim, a small village in Spiti, is known for housing the world's highest post office and Komic Village known to be a highest village in the World. Later visit Langza Village; Langza is famous due to huge Buddha Statue at 14300 ft height facing the mountains overlooking the valley. Langza is most visited because of huge golden Buddha Statue facing the mountains overlooking the valley. Later return to Kaza, explore the local market of Kaza & overnight stay at Kaza. (Depending on time availability other places vitis next day morning) 

🍎 An epic drive back to Kinnaur. Witness the stunning views of the holy Kinner Kailash peak from Kalpa, famous for its apple orchards and majestic sunsets. Arrive at Kalpa, known for its mesmerizing views of the Kinner Kailash range and serene apple orchards. Sunset Delight: Enjoy a magical sunset with golden hues reflecting off the snow-capped peaks. Overnight stay at a homestay or guesthouse in Kalpa, where you can savor the local flavors and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.

🛣️ The final drive along the winding mountain roads, descending from the high altitude, taking home a lifetime of Himalayan memories. Arrive at Shimla, the "Queen of Hills," where you can explore Mall Road or take a brief rest before departure. Overnight journey or transfer to Delhi from Shimla by Bus, marking the end of an unforgettable Himalayan adventure. In the evening, board your bus back to Delhi with a heart full of cherished memories.

  • Booking will be confirmed after payment of advance booking amount of Rs. 15,000/- per person.
  • Balance amount should be paid on before 10 days of the travel date
  • Boarding details wilk be shared with you 1-2 days prior to the departure date
  • If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded
  • If cancellation done prior to 30 Days of outing 50% will be refunded
  • After That no refund will be provided

Medical Disclaimer

It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
  • We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
  • Tour confirmation only on receipt of advance payment and confirmation in writing.
  • No changes in the date of travel once booked.
  • During winter ( December – March ), most of the places remain closed due to snowfall & same shall be informed before arrival of the Guest.
  • In the event of a no show, the full amount pertaining to the guaranteed no. of pax has to be paid.
  • Any services not included in the package will be charged extra.
  • Tourist will carry their luggage at own risk and responsibility;
  • Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
  • For Triple occupancy Extra Bed or Extra Mattress would be provided.
  • We reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot)
  • Our management holds the right to alter or modify the tour program as the situation would demand.

what kind of shoes we should by for treks?

You should buy shoes which has these three features –Good grip, Ankle Support and additional water resistant layers. Generally, we advise Quechua Trek 100, MH 500 and MH 100. If you don’t want buy expensive shoes then you can take on rent from Rock and Pebbles. They are providing all trekking gears on rent.

How does my family get update about my trek / tour ?

Before you start the trek / tour.  it is recommended that you make all the necessary phone calls as during the trek you may or may not receive network coverage, once you come back to the Base Camp, you can reconnect with your family via phone once again. You can share your trek coordinator contact detail with your family members to get the latest updates about your trek batch.

Is it safe for solo women?

  • It absolutely is. We recognize, value and embody the ideology that the world of outdoor adventure can benefit from diversity. We make it our mission to create outdoor spaces as equally accessible and safe for all genders as possible.
  •  We have women trek leader also in our team.  You might just have a woman trek leader
  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

what food can I get on trek?

We provide wholesome and nutritious meals during the trek. The food is vegetarian and includes a variety of dishes such as rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, pasta, noodles, and soup. We also offer snacks such as biscuits, and salty, and dry fruits during the trek. Special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or Jain food can also be arranged if informed in advance.

Can I get Jain food during trek / tour?

Yes, Jain food can also be arranged but you have to inform in advance.

What do you do in case of emergency?

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
