Tour Plan

Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee (Leh) Airport On arriving in Leh, get transferred to the hotel by your own. Relax and acclimatize yourself for the day. Later in the evening get briefed on the program and upcoming events of your journey and enjoy an overnight stay. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Leh.

The morning is at leisure for rest after the long journey. The day is all yours to explore the areas close by. It is also advisable that you rest for a while to get acclimatized. Then you could go around and visit the areas near you. Visit Spituk Gompa and Hall of Fame during your return to Leh town. Have dinner & overnight stay at the hotel. Return to the hotel for a sumptuous meal and an overnight stay.

Wake up to a refreshing morning and enjoy an awesome bike ride as your engines roar through the Nubra Valley, a cold desert with vast landscapes and mountain ranges. Feel the thrill of crossing one of the World's Highest Motorable Pass, Khardung La. On your way to Nubra, stay and enjoy the beautiful Budhha Statue and Diskit Monastery. Once you reach Nubra, enjoy a camel ride in the sand dunes (additional cost). Later deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay provided in Nubra (Hunder). Bikes, Breakfast, Dinner, and Overnight Stay in Nubra Valley.

Prepare for another day of a daring off-roading experience as you traverse through untamed paths in the high mountains. The route leads to the beautiful Pangong Tso (lake) via Shyok river or Wari La Pass. It is quite challenging yet thrilling and is generally used by the army. On arrival, train your sights on the enchanting blue lake. (*In case Pangong Tso is closed then we shall ride back to Leh and do the  day  excursion  to Pangong Tso on the next day in SUV/tempo traveler.) Once you reach Pangong Tso, enjoy the picturesque lake and magnificent views surrounding you. Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay. Start your bike ride from Pangong Lake after having breakfast at your accommodation. Depart from Pangong, enjoying the stunning views as you ride. Reach Chushul and visit the Rezang La War Memorial, honouring the heroes of the 1962 Indo-China War. Enjoy views of the Black Mountain as you ride. Reach Hanle en route to Loma Bend. Visit the Hanle Observatory (if you arrive in Hanle before 4 PM). Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay while taking in the beauty of the night in Hanle.

Start the day with a hearty breakfast in Hanle, preparing for an exhilarating ride ahead. Set off toward Umling La Top, the highest motorable road in the world, where breathtaking views and adrenaline await. Weather permitting, venture to the enchanting Demchock Village, where you can marvel at the beautiful India-China River, a stunning natural border between the two nations. After soaking in the sights, return via the scenic Loma Bend, with picturesque landscapes accompanying your ride. Arrive back at Nyoma or Hanle for an overnight stay. Enjoy a delicious dinner, reflecting on the day’s adventures while taking in the mesmerising night sky.

After breakfast, depart from Nyoma, embarking on a journey filled with unique sights. En route, visit the iconic Mahe Bridge, a marvel of engineering amidst stunning landscapes. Explore the rejuvenating hot springs of Chumathang, perfect for a refreshing dip and relaxation. Pay a visit to the picturesque Thiksey Monastery, known for its stunning architecture and panoramic views. Stop by the famous Rancho School, a charming landmark from the beloved film "3 Idiots." Arrive at your Leh accommodation for an overnight stay. Enjoy a delightful dinner while reminiscing about the day's escapades.

  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip

IMPORTANT NOTE :

  • Please note that the itinerary may vary depending on the weather conditions and other factors. It is recommended to consult with a local tour operator or travel agent for a customized itinerary that suits your preferences and requirements.
  • Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.
  • The age limit of our group departures is 18 to 45 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travellers. We can customise trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket.
  • INR 10,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike before the start of the trip. Any damage to the bike, except engine damage, has to be borne directly by the client.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded
  • If cancellation done prior to 40 Days of outing 50% will be refunded
  • After That no refund will be provided

Medical Disclaimer

It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.

  • Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,

  • All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trip without refund.

What documents need to carry on treks / tours?

Mandatory documents: 2 xerox of ID having address (addhar card/driving license), 2 Passport size photographs, hard copy Medical form signed & sealed by doctor, disclaimer form sign by trekker and high altitude insurance.

what kind of shoes we should by for treks?

You should buy shoes which has these three features –Good grip, Ankle Support and additional water resistant layers. Generally, we advise Quechua Trek 100, MH 500 and MH 100. If you don’t want buy expensive shoes then you can take on rent from Rock and Pebbles. They are providing all trekking gears on rent.

How does my family get update about my trek / tour ?

Before you start the trek / tour.  it is recommended that you make all the necessary phone calls as during the trek you may or may not receive network coverage, once you come back to the Base Camp, you can reconnect with your family via phone once again. You can share your trek coordinator contact detail with your family members to get the latest updates about your trek batch.

Is it safe for solo women?

  • It absolutely is. We recognize, value and embody the ideology that the world of outdoor adventure can benefit from diversity. We make it our mission to create outdoor spaces as equally accessible and safe for all genders as possible.
  •  We have women trek leader also in our team.  You might just have a woman trek leader
  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

what food can I get on trek?

We provide wholesome and nutritious meals during the trek. The food is vegetarian and includes a variety of dishes such as rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, pasta, noodles, and soup. We also offer snacks such as biscuits, and salty, and dry fruits during the trek. Special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or Jain food can also be arranged if informed in advance.

Can I get Jain food during trek / tour?

Yes, Jain food can also be arranged but you have to inform in advance.

What do you do in case of emergency?

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
