Tour Plan

Day 01: Arrival in Leh | Rest & Acclimatization Day || 11,600 ft

Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee (Leh) Airport On arriving in Leh, get transferred to the hotel by your own. Relax and acclimatize yourself for the day. Later in the evening get briefed on the program and upcoming events of your journey and enjoy an overnight stay. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Leh.

Day 02: Rest & Acclimatization Day || 11,600 ft

The morning is at leisure for rest after the long journey. The day is all yours to explore the areas close by. It is also advisable that you rest for a while to get acclimatized. Then you could go around and visit the areas near you. Visit Spituk Gompa and Hall of Fame during your return to Leh town. Have dinner & overnight stay at the hotel. Return to the hotel for a sumptuous meal and an overnight stay.

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley 10,000 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr

Wake up to a refreshing morning and enjoy an awesome bike ride as your engines roar through the Nubra Valley, a cold desert with vast landscapes and mountain ranges. Feel the thrill of crossing one of the World's Highest Motorable Pass, Khardung La. On your way to Nubra, stay and enjoy the beautiful Budhha Statue and Diskit Monastery. Once you reach Nubra, enjoy a camel ride in the sand dunes (additional cost). Later deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay provided in Nubra (Hunder). Bikes, Breakfast, Dinner, and Overnight Stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 04: Nubra Valley to Turtuk Village to Nubra Valley || 9,850 ft | 196 KM | 8-9 hr

After the sun peeps out, you will pack your bags as you will leave for Turtuk village which was under Pakistan before 1971. Nestled in the Nubra tehsil, from the Leh town, on the banks of the Shyok River, it is the last village before LOC (Thang Village). With stunning beauty throughout the valley, you will be blessed with views you might have not seen before like K2 Mountain range (in Pakistan). After exploring Turtuk you will travel back towards Nubra. Deposit your bike keys with the road captain and enjoy an overnight stay. Bikes, Breakfast, Dinner, and Overnight Stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 05: Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso | 14,000 ft | 160 KM | 7-8 hr

Prepare for another day of a daring off-roading experience as you traverse through untamed paths in the high mountains. The route leads to the beautiful Pangong Tso (lake) via Shyok river or Wari La Pass. It is quite challenging yet thrilling and is generally used by the army. On arrival, train your sights on the enchanting blue lake. (*In case Pangong Tso is closed then we shall ride back to Leh and do the day excursion to Pangong Tso on the next day in SUV/tempo traveler.) Once you reach Pangong Tso, enjoy the picturesque lake and magnificent views surrounding you. Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay. Bikes, Breakfast, Dinner, and Overnight Stay in Pangong Tso.

Day 6: Pangong Tso to Tso Moriri | 240 KM | 6-8 hr

A truly spectacular journey from the iconic Pangong Tso to the serene Tso Moriri. This day promises incredible landscapes and a deeper dive into the remote beauty of the Changthang region. he stretch from Spangmik to Chushul, via Man and Merak, can be challenging with dirt tracks, some tricky sections, and even quicksands. Vehicles with low ground clearance might face difficulties. The road conditions up to Chushul are similar to the first route. From Chushul towards Kaksang La, the roads are generally better now with mostly tarmac, though there might still be some sharp stones and loose sand on the ascent and descent of Kaksang La. From Horala to Mahe is mostly black tarmac. The last stretch to Tso Moriri (Korzok) from Sumdo will again involve dirt trails.
Enjoy the Panoramic Views: Simply take in the breathtaking beauty of the lake. The color of the water changes with the light, and the reflections of the surrounding mountains are mesmerizing. Head to the Tso Moriri Lake Viewpoint for stunning panoramic vistas. Explore the ancient Korzok Monastery in Korzok village. This 300-year-old Buddhist monastery is home to the Drukpa lineage and offers insights into the local culture and spirituality. Overnight stay in Cottage/hotel.

Day 07: Tso Moriri to Leh | 220km, 6-7 hrs

After breakfast, This journey takes you from the tranquil high-altitude haven of Tso Moriri back to the bustling town of Leh. This is the most common and generally preferred route due to better road conditions for most of the way. Chumathang: Known for its hot springs. A good place for a short break. Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace: These major monasteries and palaces are located along the Indus Highway between Upshi and Leh. Depending on your time and interest, you could make quick stops here.
You will arrive back in Leh, where you'll have access to all amenities, including a wider range of hotels, restaurants, cafes, ATMs, and reliable mobile connectivity. You can relax, explore the Leh market, or revisit some local sights you might have missed earlier.

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast, Check out from hotel and transfer to Airport. If your flight in afternoon then you can explore market and cafes.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the tour. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the tour

If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded
If cancellation done prior to 40 Days of outing 50% will be refunded

Medical Disclaimer

It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.

All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trip without refund.

What documents need to carry on treks / tours?

Mandatory documents: 2 xerox of ID having address (addhar card/driving license), 2 Passport size photographs, hard copy Medical form signed & sealed by doctor, disclaimer form sign by trekker and high altitude insurance.

what kind of shoes we should by for treks?

You should buy shoes which has these three features –Good grip, Ankle Support and additional water resistant layers. Generally, we advise Quechua Trek 100, MH 500 and MH 100. If you don’t want buy expensive shoes then you can take on rent from Rock and Pebbles. They are providing all trekking gears on rent.

How does my family get update about my trek / tour ?

Before you start the trek / tour. it is recommended that you make all the necessary phone calls as during the trek you may or may not receive network coverage, once you come back to the Base Camp, you can reconnect with your family via phone once again. You can share your trek coordinator contact detail with your family members to get the latest updates about your trek batch.

Is it safe for solo women?

It absolutely is. We recognize, value and embody the ideology that the world of outdoor adventure can benefit from diversity. We make it our mission to create outdoor spaces as equally accessible and safe for all genders as possible.
We have women trek leader also in our team. You might just have a woman trek leader
Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

what food can I get on trek?

We provide wholesome and nutritious meals during the trek. The food is vegetarian and includes a variety of dishes such as rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, pasta, noodles, and soup. We also offer snacks such as biscuits, and salty, and dry fruits during the trek. Special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or Jain food can also be arranged if informed in advance.

Can I get Jain food during trek / tour?

Yes, Jain food can also be arranged but you have to inform in advance.

What do you do in case of emergency?

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
