The Pindari Glacier Trek is one of the most mesmerizing and beginner-friendly treks in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, India. Known as the “Trekkers’ Paradise,” it offers an enchanting journey to witness the stunning Pindari Glacier, nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas.
Location: The glacier lies in the Kumaon Himalayas, within the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. It originates from the southern slope of the Nanda Devi peak and stretches down to an altitude of 3,353 meters (11,000 feet). The Kumaon Himalayas are blessed with an abundance of natural beauty and this trek offers varied natural splendors all along the trek. Pindari Glacier lies at the edge of Nanda Devi Peak.
