Day 1: Mumbai to Ahmedabad (450km)
Day 2: Ahmedabad to Dholavira (400km)
Day 3: Dholavira – Kalo Dungar – Dhordo
Day 4: Dhordo – Bhuj – Mandavi (140km)
Day 5: Mandavi – Ahmedabad (400km)
Day 6: Ahmedabad – Mumbai (450km)

Tour Plan

05:30 am, Meeting Point at Hotel Fountain, After briefing will start our ride towards Ahmedabad. Breakfast and lunch on the way and mostly we will reach Ahmedabad around 5pm. Evening We will visit Sabarmati River Front, Iscon Temple & Adalaj ki Vav (if time permit). Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.

Early Moring we will start our journey from Ahmedabad, taking NH947 towards Samakhiali. This leg of the journey is mostly on smooth highways, passing through small towns and villages. After Samakhiali the roads are scenic, and you’ll witness stretches of barren land and traditional Kutchi settlements along the way. The final stretch takes you deeper into the Kutch region as you head towards the archaeological site of Dholavira. The journey becomes even more intriguing as you cross the barren landscape of the Great Rann of Kutch. Keep an eye out for wildlife like flamingos and wild asses, as this area is part of the Kutch Desert Wildlife Sanctuary. Check in hotel and take some rest, If time permit, We will go for walk in local village. Interested people can opt for night ride to Road to Heaven For full moon dates only. Overnight stay in Dholavira.

Early Moring will go beautiful sunrise. After breakfast explore Indus Valley civilisation site at Dholavira. It is one of the five largest Harappan (Indus Valley Civilization) sites and represents one of the most significant archaeological discoveries in India, dating back to the Indus Valley Civilization, around 2650 to 1450 BCE. Visit Museum to get more insight about ancient civilisation. After exploring the ancient ruins of Dholavira, begin your ride on Road to Heaven towards Kalo Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point in Kutch. This scenic drive will take you through vast barren landscapes and small villages. Kalo Dungar offers stunning panoramic views of the Great Rann of Kutch and is known for its magnetic hill phenomenon where vehicles appear to roll uphill. Enjoy breathtaking views of the white salt flats of the Rann from Kalo Dungar and a centuries-old temple dedicated to Lord Dattatreya, located at the summit.

Continue your journey towards Dhordo, the gateway to the Great Rann of Kutch and the venue for the famous Rann Utsav. Dhordo is also where you'll set up your base for exploring the salt desert. This vast, shimmering salt desert stretches for miles and comes to life during the annual Rann Utsav festival, attracting tourists from all over the world. The stark, white landscape, with its unique topography, is a captivating sight, especially during the full moon nights when it appears to glow ethereally. Watch the mesmerising sunset from Rann. Have fun watching live art performances. Try shopping at stalls for local handicrafts and souvenirs. Come back to hotel and have local traditional dinner. Overnight stay at Dhordo.

Start your day with a scenic drive from Dhordo to Bhuj - Mandvi, passing through the diverse and arid landscapes of Kutch. The journey is smooth, and you’ll see small villages, occasional wildlife, and wide expanses of semi-desert along the way.

Bhuj is a historical city with rich cultural heritage and offers a range of sightseeing experiences. We will Visit Aina Mahal (Palace of Mirrors), Prag Mahal, Kutch Museum, Bhujodi Village, Vande Mataram Memorial etc. (if time permit)

After Lunch we will start our ride toward Mandvi. Check in hotel and after we will go Mandvi beach. A tranquil stretch of sand along the Arabian Sea, Mandvi Beach is perfect for relaxation and enjoying water activities. You can also take camel rides along the shore. Visit during sunrise or sunset for the best views. Overnight stay at Mandvi.

After breakfast, check out from hotel. We will visit Vijay Vilas Palace. Vijay Vilas Palace, Built in the 1920s by Maharao Vijayrajji, this royal palace offers stunning Indo-European architecture, with beautiful gardens, marble fountains, and a rooftop with panoramic views of the beach and surrounding areas. Several Bollywood films have been shot here. We will start our return journey toward Ahmedabad. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.

We will start our ride early morning around 5:30am. Mostly We will reach Mumbai around 5:00pm.

  • Parking and Monument entry fees during sightseeing
  • Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control

  • Riders have carry to Medical certificate & Self Declaration at the time of reporting to Day 1. (MUST)
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the tour. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the tour.
  • It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.
  • We holds the right to change the venue, or date, of the event.
  • Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
  • In case event place or venue is changed, Adventure Aim will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.
  • All our tours/treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trip without refund

CANCELLATIONS

  • If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded .
  • If cancellation done prior to 40 Days of outing 50% will be refunded.
  • After That no refund will be provided.

Medical Disclaimer

  • It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves

What documents need to carry on treks / tours?

Mandatory documents: 2 xerox of ID having address (addhar card/driving license), 2 Passport size photographs, hard copy Medical form signed & sealed by doctor, disclaimer form sign by trekker and high altitude insurance.

How does my family get update about my trek / tour ?

Before you start the trek / tour.  it is recommended that you make all the necessary phone calls as during the trek you may or may not receive network coverage, once you come back to the Base Camp, you can reconnect with your family via phone once again. You can share your trek coordinator contact detail with your family members to get the latest updates about your trek batch.

Is it safe for solo women?

  • It absolutely is. We recognize, value and embody the ideology that the world of outdoor adventure can benefit from diversity. We make it our mission to create outdoor spaces as equally accessible and safe for all genders as possible.
  •  We have women trek leader also in our team.  You might just have a woman trek leader
  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

How to Book Trek / Tour?

First You need to register with us and create an account and Fill Up enquiry form so our team will contact you for further process.

what food can I get on trek?

We provide wholesome and nutritious meals during the trek. The food is vegetarian and includes a variety of dishes such as rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, pasta, noodles, and soup. We also offer snacks such as biscuits, and salty, and dry fruits during the trek. Special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or Jain food can also be arranged if informed in advance.

Can I get Jain food during trek / tour?

Yes, Jain food can also be arranged but you have to inform in advance.

What do you do in case of emergency?

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I get my period on trek?

In case you get your period on the trail and don’t have sanitary napkins, our trek leaders can provide them to you. If you need any other kind of assistance, you can let our trek leaders know. Irrespective of gender, our leaders are gender sensitized and equipped to assist you in any way you need them to.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
