Day 1: Mumbai to Bhuj (Overnight Journey through Train)
Day 2: Bhuj to Dhordo (80km) via Kalo Dungar
Day 3: Dhordo to Bhuj Sightseeing & Drop at Railway Station
Day 4: Mumbai Departure

Tour Plan

Meet our team at Bandra Terminus on 05:00pm. We will catch Train No.22955 Kutch Express. Overnight journey in Train.

  • 06:30 AM – Pick up from Bhuj Airport / Railway Station / Bus Station
  • 07:30 AM – We will have breakfast start the journey to Kalo Dungar or Road of Heaven
  • 12:30 PM – We shall check-in at the cozy stay and have lunch and rest. Here you get to taste authentic local food.
  • 04:00 PM – We will go out to see the beautiful sunset. This is where we get to make lots of reels and click pictures. Also Visit Dhordo Village.
  • 07:00 PM – We shall come back and enjoy at white Rann Fair / Cultural Program and Rann Utsav Photography.
  • 08:30pm - Dinner Kutchi Food at Respective Dining Area, Cultural Program, Night Stay in Resort(Gorevali/Hodko)

We will visit again the White Rann at midnight for a full moon special view. Its depending on time permit & permission.

Note: Standard check in time at hotel is 11am. You may freshen up in the train itself and can take bath after checking in the hotel.

  • 06:00 AM – Early Moring will go beautiful sunrise if interested to revisit white desert
  • 07:30 AM – Freshen up and take your Breakfast followed by Check out.
  • 08:30 AM - Move toward Bhuj city
  • 10:00 AM - Bhuj Sightseeing - Vande Mataram Memorial-Bhujodi, Shri Swaminarayan Temple, Kutch Museum, Aina Mahal-Prag Mahel, Bhuj with Sweet Memories Evening.
  • 06:30 PM - Drop at Bhuj Railway Station/Airport.
  • Bhuj to Mumbai - Train No. 22956 08:15 PM from Bhuj & 11:45 AM Mumbai - Kutch Exp

Terms & Conditions

  • Participate have carry to Self Declaration at the time of reporting to Day 1. (MUST)
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the tour. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the tour.
  • It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.
  • We holds the right to change the venue, or date, of the event.
  • Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
  • In case event place or venue is changed, Adventure Aim will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.
  • All our tours/treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trip without refund
  • We get the train tickets from online IRCTC , if you book late you will get RAC/Waiting List Ticket. OR, you have to opt for Tatkal Ticket. We does not have any authority on Indian railways and train rules need to be followed with reference to your train travel.
  • In the situation wherein the waiting list ticket or RAC does not get confirmed we can get Tatkal tickets booked on your behalf. The charges for Tatkal needs to be paid accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded .
  • If cancellation done prior to 40 Days of outing 50% will be refunded.
  • After That no refund will be provided.

Medical Disclaimer

  • It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves

Is it safe for solo women?

  • It absolutely is. We recognize, value and embody the ideology that the world of outdoor adventure can benefit from diversity. We make it our mission to create outdoor spaces as equally accessible and safe for all genders as possible.
  •  We have women trek leader also in our team.  You might just have a woman trek leader
  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

what food can I get on trek?

We provide wholesome and nutritious meals during the trek. The food is vegetarian and includes a variety of dishes such as rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, pasta, noodles, and soup. We also offer snacks such as biscuits, and salty, and dry fruits during the trek. Special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or Jain food can also be arranged if informed in advance.

Can I get Jain food during trek / tour?

Yes, Jain food can also be arranged but you have to inform in advance.

What do you do in case of emergency?

In addition to their qualification, our trek leaders are trained to tackle any and all kinds of sudden conditions that may present themselves on ground. During our recce stage, we study the trail in great detail and map out rescue routes before opening it up for our trekkers. We also have local support staff stationed in each area to arrange for emergency services at the place of need as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I get my period on trek?

In case you get your period on the trail and don’t have sanitary napkins, our trek leaders can provide them to you. If you need any other kind of assistance, you can let our trek leaders know. Irrespective of gender, our leaders are gender sensitized and equipped to assist you in any way you need them to.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
