• Adequate and valid travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for all international (Non-Indian) and domestic (Indian) participants. The same should be obtained before the date of departure.
• Xploindia is not a medical expert(s) and it is your responsibility to obtain medical advice, and the latest health requirements including inoculations and vaccines before you join a trip. Xploindia takes no responsibility for your inability to cope with the level of difficulty on a trip.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the correct dates mentioned on the travel documents.
• All necessary documents should be presented in advance. Xploindia is not accountable in case of any trip formality not being completed in time before the trip departs or the absence of essential papers and documents.
• Alcohol consumption, Smoking cigarette/ beedi, chewing tobacco strictly not be permitted during the trekking
  event. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the trek. No REFUND will
  be provided.
• In case of any injury, If you fall ill or suffer an accident during the trip, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, repatriation expenses, evacuation from the road or mountain, and any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of Your illness/accident are your responsibility.
• Xploindia reserves the right to take photographs of you during any trip and can use photos shared by you through email, Whatsapp, or any website link for promotional purposes.
