After 15 successful years of The Enfield Rendezvous & Poker Run, Sacred Summits (P) ltd is now ready to reach its milestone and organize the grand 16th Edition of Poker Run Nepal to Chitwan from 13th April to 15th April, 2026 to celebrate the Nepali New Year 2083 BS in style. Poker Run Nepal & Muktinath Expedition is a unique journey that combines an international motorcycle adventure, participation in one of South Asia’s biggest biker events, and a legendary Himalayan pilgrimage ride.
The journey begins with an epic road expedition from India into Nepal, leading riders to participate in the famous Poker Run Nepal, where bikers from multiple countries gather to ride together through scenic Himalayan highways while collecting poker cards at checkpoints, followed by celebrations, awards, and rider community events. After the event, the adventure continues deeper into the Himalayas towards Muktinath, one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites located at high altitude in the Annapurna region. The route offers thrilling mountain roads, off-road trails, deep river gorges, remote Himalayan villages, and breathtaking mountain landscapes.
This expedition is not just a ride — it is a blend of adventure, culture, spirituality, and rider brotherhood, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience for motorcycle enthusiasts and travelers alike.

Route: Mumbai / Pune → Nashik → Dhule → Sendhwa → Indore
Today marks the beginning of our international motorcycle expedition as we kick off the journey from Pune towards Nepal. Riders assemble early morning for a short briefing and convoy formation before departure. First Meet up at Nashik.

By evening, the group arrives in Indore, known for its vibrant food culture. After hotel check-in, riders can relax, explore local food streets, or simply rest to prepare for the next day’s ride.

Route: Indore → Dewas → Bhopal Bypass → Sagar → Maihar → Satna

After breakfast, the ride resumes as the convoy moves deeper into Central India, covering long yet comfortable highway stretches through Madhya Pradesh. As the group approaches Satna, the terrain begins transitioning towards northern plains leading eventually toward the Nepal sector. Riders reach Satna by evening, followed by hotel check-in and rest after another fulfilling day on the saddle.

Route: Satna → Rewa → Mirzapur → Varanasi Bypass → Mohania → Patna
The expedition continues as riders depart from Satna after breakfast, heading towards the eastern plains of India. The route passes through Rewa and Mirzapur, gradually transitioning from plateau landscapes to the fertile Gangetic plains Crossing into Bihar, the ride continues towards the historic city of Patna, located on the banks of the River Ganga. By evening, the group reaches Patna, where riders will visit the sacred Takht Sri Patna Sahib Gurudwara, one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for Sikhs and the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Riders can attend evening prayers and experience the peaceful spiritual atmosphere before heading to the hotel for rest.

Route: Patna → Muzaffarpur → Motihari → Raxaul (Indo–Nepal Border)
After breakfast, riders begin a relatively shorter ride compared to previous days, allowing the group to ride comfortably towards the India–Nepal border town of Raxaul. The group reaches Raxaul by afternoon or early evening, allowing enough time for rest and preparation for the next day’s international border crossing formalities. Riders can relax at the hotel, check motorcycle documents, currency exchange needs, and prepare for entry into Nepal. Overnight stay in Raxaul.

Route: Raxaul → Birgunj (Nepal Entry) → Hetauda → Narayanghat → Mugling → Kathmandu
Today marks one of the most exciting milestones of the expedition as riders cross the India–Nepal border and officially begin the international riding experience. After completing immigration and vehicle entry formalities at Raxaul–Birgunj border, the group enters Nepal and starts riding towards Kathmandu. The route gradually transitions from plains into beautiful Himalayan foothill roads, offering winding mountain sections, river valleys, and scenic landscapes. Riders experience the thrill of Nepal’s mountain highways as the convoy climbs towards the capital city. By evening, the group arrives in Kathmandu, checks into the hotel, and relaxes after completing a major international riding milestone. Today’s pre party for Poker Run you will met other bikers from Nepal, We will celebrate the Pre Poker Run Party.

Today is a rest and preparation day in Kathmandu, bringing together riders arriving from Pune/Mumbai by road and participants joining the expedition directly by flight.

After hotel check-in and breakfast, the day is kept relaxed to help riders recover from the long journey. Motorcycles undergo service checks, maintenance, washing, and final preparation before the Poker Run event begins. Riders can also use the time to explore nearby markets or relax at cafés in Thamel. This day also allows all participants to meet, bond, and prepare as one group before entering the main event.

In the evening, riders gather for the official Poker Run Pre-Party, where bikers from Nepal and various other countries join together. It’s a great opportunity to network, make new friends, enjoy music, food, and experience the international rider community atmosphere.

Today is dedicated to exploring the vibrant city of Kathmandu and adjusting to the new surroundings before the Poker Run event begins. Participants arriving by flight will receive their rental motorcycles, while those opting for comfort travel will be allocated their SUV vehicles. After vehicle handover and brief orientation, the group heads out to explore Kathmandu’s cultural and historical landmarks. The day includes visits to some of Kathmandu’s iconic sites, local markets, and heritage areas, offering insight into Nepalese culture, spirituality, and city life. In the evening, participants return to the hotel for rest and preparation for the upcoming Poker Run activities.

Today marks the official start of the Poker Run Nepal ride, one of the biggest motorcycling events in the region. Riders assemble early morning at the event start point for registration confirmation, breakfast, and safety briefing. The convoy then begins the official Poker Run ride, where participants collect playing cards at designated checkpoints along the scenic highway route. The ride offers a mix of mountain roads, river valleys, and beautiful countryside landscapes as riders move towards the event destination, usually Pokhara or the designated host city.

Multiple regrouping points, refreshment stops, and card collection checkpoints keep the journey engaging and social throughout the day.
By evening, riders reach the event destination and check in to the hotel, followed by social gatherings and rider meet-ups.

After an exciting first day of riding, today offers a more relaxed schedule allowing riders to unwind and enjoy the surroundings of the event destination. 

The morning is free for participants to relax, explore the city, or enjoy optional local experiences. Many riders take this opportunity to explore nearby viewpoints, enjoy lakeside cafés, or simply spend time with fellow riders from different countries.

Throughout the day, various informal activities and community interactions continue among biker groups, creating a lively festival-like atmosphere.

In the evening, the much-awaited Poker Run Awards & Celebration Night takes place. Winners of different categories are announced, followed by music, celebrations, and rider networking — making it one of the most memorable nights of the journey.

Route: Pokhara → Beni → Tatopani → Ghasa → Marpha → Jomsom → Muktinath

After breakfast, riders begin one of the most thrilling and challenging rides of the entire expedition, heading towards the sacred Himalayan destination of Muktinath. The journey initially follows smooth mountain roads up to Beni before transitioning into rugged Himalayan terrain along the Kali Gandaki River valley, known as the world’s deepest gorge. Riders experience a mix of paved roads, gravel sections, mountain trails, river crossings, and off-road patches as the convoy moves deeper into the Annapurna region.

The route passes through beautiful Himalayan villages like Tatopani, Ghasa, Marpha, and Jomsom, each offering unique mountain culture and stunning landscapes. As altitude increases, terrain becomes more dramatic with desert-like mountain scenery and snow peaks surrounding the valley. By evening, riders reach Muktinath, located at an altitude of around 3,700 meters. After hotel check-in, riders rest and acclimatize in preparation for temple visit and exploration.

Route: Ghandruk → Nayapul → Pokhara → Mugling → Narayanghat → Kathmandu

After enjoying a peaceful morning in the Annapurna region, riders begin their journey back toward Kathmandu, marking the final long riding day inside Nepal. The route descends from Ghandruk towards Nayapul and reconnects with the highway near Pokhara. In the evening, a special completion celebration is organized for all participants. Riders who completed the full road expedition from India and participants who joined by flight come together to celebrate the successful completion of the journey. The evening includes memory sharing, group photos, ride stories, laughter, and celebration of friendships formed during the expedition — marking a perfect ending to an unforgettable adventure.

After breakfast, participants who joined the trip by flight conclude their Kathmandu to Kathmandu journey. As per flight schedules,

For riders returning to India by road, the day is kept relaxed for recovery after the intense Himalayan riding experience. Bikes undergo service checks, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure readiness for the long return journey starting the next day.

After breakfast, We start our ride toward Mumbai/Pune through same route or different route, It will be depending on all rider's majority. (it will take 4 to 5 days, Tentative Date reach back on 23rd April 2026)

📍Pune/Mumbai to Kathmandu & Back (Bike Expedition)
This segment is for riders joining the full expedition from Pune/Mumbai to Nepal on their own motorcycles.

  • Segment A (Kathmandu–Kathmandu program) automatically applies from the mentioned event start date, while the travel cost from India to Nepal is calculated separately.
  • The costing for this segment is based on TTM (Travel, Transport & Management) expenses, which are equally divided among all participating riders traveling by road.

Alternative Joining Option
If a participant does not wish to ride from Pune/Mumbai but still wants to use their own motorcycle for the expedition, they may:

  • Transport their bike from their hometown to Patna
  • Join the expedition convoy from Patna onwards.

Our team will assist and guide participants with bike transport arrangements and joining coordination. Participants can contact our team for detailed assistance regarding transport and logistics.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Riders must carry valid driving license & vehicle documents.
  • Participants must follow ride captain instructions for safety.
  • Organizer reserves the right to change route/hotel due to weather or road conditions.
  • No refunds for unused services.
  • Participants are responsible for personal belongings & riding gear.
  • Event schedule may change due to organizer or weather conditions.
  • Riding in mountains requires physical fitness & riding experience.
  • Organizer is not responsible for accidents, fines, or personal damages.
  • Advance payment confirms booking.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

  • Booking will be confirmed after payment of advance booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per person.
  • Balance amount should be paid on before 10 days of the travel date
  • Boarding details wilk be shared with you 1-2 days prior to the departure date
  • If cancellation done prior to 60 Days of outing 75% will be refunded
  • If cancellation done prior to 30 Days of outing 50% will be refunded
  • After That no refund will be provided
  • Poker Run Event Voucher – non refundable

Medical Disclaimer

  • It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves

You can share your trek coordinator contact detail with your family members to get the latest updates about your trek batch.

Is it safe for solo women?

  • It absolutely is. We recognize, value and embody the ideology that the world of outdoor adventure can benefit from diversity. We make it our mission to create outdoor spaces as equally accessible and safe for all genders as possible.
  •  We have women trek leader also in our team.  You might just have a woman trek leader
  • Our accommodation is separate for men and women. You will be sharing your tent / staying space with other women.
  • We ensure you e-meet your trekkers much before meeting them, in a pre-trek briefing as well as on a Whatsapp group. So you’re not meeting strangers on the trek. You already know them.
  • Our male trek leaders are also trained and sensitized to handle any situations sensitively, including your periods. You’re free to approach them for anything.

Can I get Jain food during trek / tour?

Yes, Jain food can also be arranged but you have to inform in advance.

What should I do if I get my period on trek?

In case you get your period on the trail and don’t have sanitary napkins, our trek leaders can provide them to you. If you need any other kind of assistance, you can let our trek leaders know. Irrespective of gender, our leaders are gender sensitized and equipped to assist you in any way you need them to.

What are the medical facilities provide on trek / tour?

Our team carries a first aid kit and all the basic medicines required during the trek. They are equipped to be the first responders in case of any injury or health-related issues. For higher expeditions, we also carry a HAPO Bag and oxygen cylinders to tend to any altitude-related health conditions.
